Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees determined by your local customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Soft Blades is not responsible for customs delays or additional import fees.


LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Soft Blades is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Customs delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly before contacting our support team.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.

Soft Blades is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refused delivery

the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees before reshipment.
